Headaches

I'm 22 weeks pregnant with my second baby and the last two weeks I been getting headaches, I just been taking panadol and they go away after a hour of taking panadol but lately ( last few days) I been noticing there more painful and last a lot long even with taking panadol, should I ring midwife? I heard this is the sign of preclampsia, is anyone else experiencing headaches
