sore nipples 7 weeks??

I'm 7weeks & 4 days and my nipples are so sore that they feel bruised?! Anyone else? Also I have alot blue veins veins on my breast is it too early for and increase on veins?

My last pregnancy I had really sore and itchy nipples in week six, they got so itchy one night I accidentally scratched too hard and had a little blood spot in the morning on my shirt! So glad I haven't gotten that this pregnancy so far! (Fingers crossed)

Sore breasts and veins were one of my first symptoms, it's completely normal!
