Did you ever go to the movies with your babies if so how many MO where they?

My baby is around 6 MO. I wanna go to the movies my hubby and I and some family. All together. I'm a lucky mama to have a very calm baby harly ever cries. I don't wanna leave her with anyone I want to take her with me. I'm a FTM. So I'm learning a few things. Is it bad if I take her? Like do you think the movies are too loud?

Personally, I don't think you should bring a 6 MO to a movie. It's loud and dark and not a good environment for the baby. Plus it's really rude to the people in the theater if the baby starts crying

I voted no in my eyes 6 months is way too young to go to the movies I haven't even taken my 2 year old...

Moviegoers hate nothing more than to really get into a good movie and then some wacko brings a crying baby. People pay to see the film, not listen to a crying infant who got scared by a loud noise in a dark theater. For the love of Pete, don't be that person. Wait for the redbox.

I wouldn't take a 6 month old to the movies unless it's a family viewing where they turn the volume down and the theater isn't as dark. It's more family friendly and you don't have the stress of worrying if your baby does cry and it frustrates the other people in the theater and you don't have to miss parts of the movie.

I definitely wouldn't.  My 3 year old has still not watched a full movie or gone to the cinema.  Too loud, too much stimulation and things they can't process. Honestly not a good idea

I did several times he slept sometimes and if he was fussy I would nurse him. When he got a bit older I would just sit on the edge at the very top and stand when he got antsy when he was super little probably 3 months I wor him in my carrier and he was able to sleep and nurse easily and I got to watch the whole movie :)

Mines not even so much about the noise, you can use ear muffs I'd be more worried about annoying other paying customers if my baby started crying.

Maybe some of the theaters in your area have baby cinema? In my town they have special showings where you can bring babies. they have lower volume and nobody gets angry if a baby starts crying.
