working out

Hi I have been working out like a crazy person for the last 5 or so months (crossfit) I've had multiple missed miscarriages prior to that (9 to be exact) after my daughter who's 6 almost 7 (perfection to me!) I got over the trying to have another baby after so many lossses, tests scans you name it I had it was a heart beat away from trying ivf but my body paid the price gained weight felt yuck! so I thought I'd fine tune it back into MIFL mode haha 10kgs down 43cm gone and feeling fantastic to then do a hpt today and it came up positive!!! I think I knew my smell sense was high boobs super sore but thought minds playing tricks on me so long story I know but is it safe to continue working out? 🏋🏽 I'm excited but after achieving so much and being excited (again) im not sure I should change my routine? I I hope this little bean sticks and while working out too any input will be much appreciated
