Soo confused!

Follwing a loss in Jan I had a blood test just before 6 weeks after with a level of 7 I then 'bled' in my 6th week after, 2 days later I had a beta hcg blood test done again and got the result of 4.7 "not pregnant" that was 11 days ago... Today and yesterday I have a faint positive on frer! New preganancy or does 4.7 make a positive test?
