I'm 31 weeks 1 day on the right. Left was almost exactly 4 weeks ago.

I said no because it looks like you just grew . My first didn't drop until I was 35/36 wks and then dropped more when due date approached. And I know I'm carrying my 2nd a lot lower but I don't think she's fully dropped yet. So I'd say give it couple more weeks and then compare again, if u feel a bowling ball in your vagina feels like baby could come right out where it's hard to walk you'll know then baby's definitely dropped!
