Working Out

I usually go to spin class twice a week, three times on occasion. I'm 8.5
Weeks and I am always so tired. I can't bring myself to go! And when I do make it I'm lagging and not pushing myself.  It's frustrating bc I want to and I want to keep in shape but I either feel Nauseous in the mornings or too tired by the end of the day. Anyone else going through this in the first trimester? Does it end? I want to get back into it!
