Postpartum belly bands?!?

What do y'all think?! Has anyone used one? Is anyone going to use one? Suggestions?

I did with my first and I plan to with this one as well. I felt that it helped with shrinking my uterus afterwards (along with nursing) and also to encourage the stomach muscles to come back together. I have no timeline to compare it too, but I felt it helped me feel like my waist got back to normal pretty quickly. I agree it's not super comfortable, but I wore it during the day under my clothes but over a tank top. I bought the Belly Bandit off of Amazon for about $50.

I'm not sure how they work, I never had one with my 1st. But I'm not sure if I could've used until a few weeks after birth. My cervix shrinking hurt SO bad for some reason.. I couldn't wear a lot of pants because the slight pressure on my lower belly was so painful. Hopefully it'll be different this time though because I would love to try out a belly band.

I used one after my last son & it did help a lot, but they are very uncomfortable so I found myself mostly wearing at night to sleep
