So I just stopped my birth control roughly 2.5-3 weeks ago due to the amount of depression/anxiety it caused me. My plan was to start a single hormone one instead bc those usually are more tolerable as far as hormones go. Well anyway, I'd just had a period prior to ending the birth control, and had another one after quitting, maybe a couple days later. I figured that was hormones regulating as it was fairly light and wasn't awful. I ended it almost a week ago. Well I just started again... is this normal?
