been told next step is ivf

Hi everyone been ttc for nearly 2 years now. After different test OH has low sperm (13 million) has improved with vitamins recently but still not enough. We have been told yesterday that ivf with icsi is our option now and with it all going through etc will be done by end of the year. I don't really know how to feel really I'm petrified of the journey ahead :/ any advice or positive feedback would be great x
