warning TMI, 💩 rant

I just took a messy shit and some toilet water splashed back up right onto my vagina. I did wipe it up but there was visible shit on the TP... 😕 blegh. Any advice to avoid a vaginal infection or UTI? This happened at work so I can't just jump straight into a bathtub.
