Ex keeps popping up

Is it me or am I tripping? I do not communicate with my ex unless he contacts me first. I don't reach out to him, call, text, tweet, snap none of that. This man follows me on twitter and I didn't know  because i didn't follow him back after unblocking him. But he proceeded to tell me "I saw your tweet and thought you had a bf" like why is that even any of his business? Secondly he messaged me on snap asking for a video of me and has a WHOLE gf. I proceeded to ask him why and he says it's for him so I asked if I could send it to his gf too(which I didn't by the way) but he said yes. He's told me that he would still fuck me becuase my sex is bomb. If that's nots disrespectful and creepy then I do t know what is. Like why is he still popping up?
