Hi, I have a co-worker who is also a friend that lost one of her twin boys on Wednesday. He was 8 months old. They don't know why or how as of right now. We are assuming SIDS. Understandably, she hasn't been able to be consoled and hasn't been able to talk to anyone. Our work family is trying to do what we can for her but we don't know what to do or how. As a friend, what can I do? I don't want to bother her but I want to help her. I text her that I'm here for her and called her but she didn't answer (understandably). Suggestions and advice? Thank you!

I'm posting anonymously for privacy reasons especially since I work with her. I'm so heartbroken for her. :(

Update: Baby did pass from SIDS.

Thanks for all your advice! Now that the service is over, I'm trying to make sure I keep up with the support for her and her family.
