Help please....Prenatal alternatives???

OMG! My prenatals make me EXTREMELY nauseous, it's not even funny. Even when I have a full stomach of food. They make me sick. Any alternatives? Please, and thanks.

I use the gummies because the iron made me sick in the other ones and I was good to go! Maybe try them but I suggest keep taking a prenatal and don't stop

Have you tried several different ones? Maybe gummy ones? Or just toy around with different brands of the pills

I tried several and they all made me SO nauseous. I started taking them right before bed (instead of during the day) and slept through the nausea. That's all that's worked for me!

I was like that at first! Dr told me to take flinstone complete vitamins, and to take them right before bed! She recommended those to me especially if I don't eat a lot of fruits and veggies! Then at the second trimester I started taking One A Day with DHA. I still take them at night right before bed and I haven't had nausea since!
