Are these stretch marks?

So I've have these lines on my boobs for ages but haven't really seen them grow a whole lot, well not enough for stretch marks I didn't think. Any ideas on if these are in fact stretch marks or if they're something I should be worried about? Thanks xx

Yeah those are stretch marks they will get lighter to skin color after some time and you won't be able to see them much I have them around my whole thighs
