I need to lose weight but I can't seem to find motivation, help!!!
Hey everyone, I'm just tired of looking at myself in the mirror and seeing a fat slob that has love handles (I'm almost 4.5 months post partum) I went back to my previous pregnancy weight at 265 lbs within a week.. but I can't seem to lose anything 😣😥😭 I do everything around the house, lots of moving around..
I just don't have the motivation to workout!. Before pregnancy I was all about working out. I mean, I still eat healthy (I'm a vegetarian) with the occasional what they call a "cheat day" I cook mostly at home no matter what... but it's just so hard to get up and workout. Especially since it's winter here, where I live. 😭😭 I need help; I'm at a loss. I really want to lose at least 20 more lbs and tone my body really well!
Please give me suggestions on how to boost motivation and just get up and do it!
