Freaking Out

So me and my boyfriend were fooling around for the first time. I blew him. We made out. He went down on me. I keep telling myself there's no way but what if sperm transferred from my mouth to his then to me again down there and I'm kind of petrified. Is that possible or is my anxiety screwing with me hardcore?
