im 15 years old and i have really bad periods. i get migraines to the point that i start throwing up and very bad cramps and i bleed really heavy. last night i went through 4 super plus tampons 2 pairs of underwear 2 pairs or shorts and my sheets. i take naproxin and it helps a little bit but its still horrible. my mom talked to her gynecologist and he recommended the Marina IUD. im scared about my first appointment and want to know more about it.
