Straining Pains

I need some advice! So I've had these staring and pulling pains right where I cramp for about 2 and a half years and lately they've gotten worse. Well three weeks ago I went to the doctor with my husband for both of us to just get a check up and I told her about the pains and she made me pee in a cup and told me I had a trace of blood in my pee. And said it was a bladder infection. So she gave me antibiotics and while I was on these antibiotics the strains got lighter. And now I'm off the antibiotics and they're back. My mom mentioned bladder spasms. I was wondering if anyone else experienced this? And if any of you have advice?
