spotting after IUD?

i had my IUD put in a couple months ago and i'm still spotting every day. if you have one, how long did it take for yours to stop?

Answer

It took about 3 months for it to completely stop and to go back to regular period. I was freaked out about it and called my doctor. They said spotting is normal for the first 4-6 months

I occasionally have spotting still a year on with the coil. I had it all checked and it's apperently normal!
