am i still considered a virgin?

yesterday, my SO and i were constantly making out and he was fingering me throughout the day. we had never had actual intercourse (p in v)by the way. at one point he started eating me out, pulled away, and started fingering me again. when he took his fingers out there was blood all over them and i literally had tears in my eyes, i was so embarrassed 😭😭 he didnt seem to have a problem with it and was super supportive, but the real question is, if he broke my hymen, am i still a virgin just because it wasnt penetrated with a penis?

Virginity doesn't really exist, and everyone defines it differently. Most people consider losing it to be when a penis goes in your vagina, some people consider it to be when your girlfriend fucks you with a strap on for the first time. It's all up for interpritation

Some people think they're still a virgin if a penis doesn't enter the vagina. So they're ok with giving bjs, anal, etc and calling themselves virgins. I personally think that's bullshit and hymen breaking is innacurate in relation to virginity anyway.

You aren't a virgin once you're sexually active with someone. You exchanged fluids with someone and opened the risk of STI to your body no matter what. Someone has oral SEX, anal SEX, vaginal SEX, SEXual activity with someone, they had SEX and are not a virgin. Pretty simple concept but to each their own.

Virginity isn't a real concept. If you did something sexual with another person, that is sex. Fingering and oral are sex. and it doesn't matter whether your hymen broke or not, that is not any way to tell if you had sex or not.

It depends on how you define virginity either actual insertion or just breaking the hymen 
Since your hymen can break from like biking or horse back riding I would consider the breaking of that the be the loss of virginity but it's really up to your own interpretation

I'd have to first ask you how old you are.  Notice that is a statement not an actual question.  If you are asking this question then you are too young for an answer.  If a penis goes into any hole then you are not a virgin.  For lesbians it would be dildo or whatever you and your woman decide is sex between the two of you.  Its not complicated.  Fingering in a hetero relationship does not constitute as deflowering.  Go hop on his dick and enjoy it, stop wondering and asking silly questions.  Silly wabbit dicks arent for kids.
