I'm have very very light spotting today. Each time I go to the bathroom it's less and less. My ER is horrible and would prefer to wait until Monday to go to my OB's office. The midwife's nurse called me about a week and a half ago and said my ultrasound showed polyps on my cervix but they weren't worried. So from what google tells me a polyp can have light bleeding/spotting and they are nothing to worry about.
