question for my endo ladies

So I have endometriosis recently had a laparoscopy 3 months ago to clean it off. Well this month I was suppose to get AF on 3/8 which was this past Wednesday (4 days ago) and until today AF has not showed up. Now we all know that with endometriosis we get flare ups here and there with the rib pain, cramping, feeling bloated, pelvic pain and all those Endo symptoms. Well since Monday 2 days before my expected AF date I have been experiencing what seems like my endo pains but I also thought "hey I might just be PMSing since period is due in 2 days", but AF date came and nothing. Like I said before I'm 4 days late but all this week I've been cramping very bad, shooting pain on my ribs, lower waist pain but NO BLOOD !!!! I'm so confused I don't know if it's my endo or it's because I will soon get AF or Early pregnancy cramping. All these symptoms are all so alike I don't even know what to think 😞 So any if you endo ladies been In a similar situation ? If you did get pregnant how was you experience or symptoms when you first found out you were pregnant ?
