I'm short (5ft, 2/3 in) and my bf is short for a guy IMO (he's only like 5ft, 8 or whatever). The other day I was like "OMG, my kid is going to be so SHORT!" No NBA player in our future. Hopefully he/she will get our intelligence and good looks because height is not an option.
