How far along in pregnancy do u need to be for it to tell you on a pregnancy test and blood test??

My partner and I have been trying for 5 months now but nothing happening. Urine tests are saying negative and the last blood test I had was 3 weeks ago it was also negative.. But I have been asked (by people who don't even know We're trying) how far along I am ?? as I now all of a sudden have a little bubble shape to my belly and eating a lot more junk food than normal. There has been more than one person ask over the last 2 weeks can anyone tell me how far I need to be before urine tests will come up with positive and also how far I need to be for a blood test to show pregnancy?? Anyone please help me :) thanks
