HELP... what should I do?

I am 13 weeks and 2 days I have the chills, bad headache can't pick my head up, fever, low blood pressure, and throwing up every now and then. What should I do no family close to take me to hospital and I have my oldest son home(he's only 10) and he's sick too?!

If you think you need to go to the hospital, can you call an Uber?  Hope you feel better.

Can you call a nurse triage and see what they recommend? How high is your temperature?
