Melatonin???

Question

I was taking melatonin every night for last 3 months of my husbands deployment... Now I'm learning it was cause fertility issues and temporary infertility!?!?!?!

​I'm panicking.

​Should I go see my OBGYN or midwife about this?

Been on melatonin for 7 years almost every day and I had no issues getting pregnant. Hope this gives you some relief!

I think the biggest indicator of it messing with your fertility is a change in your cycle- have you noticed that?

It couldn't hurt to call the nurse on call  and talk to him/her about it. I wouldnt rush into the doctor's office unless he/she suggests to.
