I've been EBF my son for two weeks now and while I love how much it benefits him I feel like I've hit a wall. My right nipple is so cracked and raw that I cry (or almost cry) every time I feed on that side. I realize I have the left I could feed off of, but here's the problem there: my production has seemingly gone down on that side. I don't know what to do. I really want to continue breastfeeding but this pain is unreal. What's the best way to help heal the right side and up production on the left?
