won't stop crying

I'm breastfeeding and In the last 3days my boy who's 5 weeks today had been screaming where his got a belly ache his bellys hard, he hasn't pooed in 3 days he keeps trying to go but nothing comes out once their was a little skid that came out and it was green, his in so much pain it gets worse during the night he screams all night where his in so much pain I've tried everything massaging his belly, bringing his knees up when his trying to go, laying him on his belly even tried giving him a little bit of water to make him go nothing works I don't know what to do... Anyone else had this? Or knows what to do?
