Hey ladies so i wanna share a little successful storie by using Vitex... so i was having 60+ cycle so i decided to try vitex while i was taking it for 1 month almost 2 my cycle came on a 15 day cycle ... then i continue to take it my cycle came on a 26 day cycle ... so it work!! Hopefully my cycles will be in between to 28-31.... normally my period will also last 5 days this time it last 3-4 days an the TMI bleeding was light an i get no cramps.... am hoping for a bfp soon.... but am also taking maca root capsules but am only taking it for 1 week.. am also drinking raspberry leaf tea..... ladies with irregular cycle you should look into Vitex... baby dust 😘😘
