pack n play only up to 15 lbs??

We have the pack n play that has a bassinet like part that hooks in  but today I just noticed that it can only be used up to 15lbs. Is that when you moms stopped using it?! We aren't ready to transition him to his crib yet but I can't imagine safely getting him lowered in to his pack n play either. Thoughts?

Yep. The 15lbs is so the netting and hooks that hold it up aren't strained. You could always bring the crib in your room, or get a mini crib if it doesn't fit!

My baby's 6 months and just got to 15lbs. We transitioned to his crib 2 months ago but we go on overnight trips where we use his pack n play, he sleeps in the bottom without a problem, it looks a lot deeper to bend into than it really is.

We never used the bassinet part of the pack and play. She just slept in it.

When my baby outgrew her bassinet I bought a mini crib for our room. Check online at Walmart and Target 😉
