Anyone exclusively pumping?

I would appreciate if you guys can give me some advice on how to increase and keep a steady supply of milk. One of my breast only pumps about 1oz at the most the other i can get anywhere from 2-4 oz but i dont get enough milk to store.

I pump after baby eats. I also eat and drink more. I'm also taking fenugreek with every meal. I could only produce a drop when I first started but now I'm producing about 3 oz per boob. People told me to quit because it was a lost cause but I didn't and now I'm producing so much more! You can do it!

I am! Massage your breast a while you pump and try pumping every hour and a half one morning/afternoon when you have time. I did this a few days ago and filled two bottles- think I had a blocked duct or soemthing cause now I'm producing wayyyy more. Also drinking UpSpring Milk Flow powdered drink once a day- usually at my 3 am pump. Seems to be helping. Make sure you're eating enough too- I found larabars to be easy to snack on during night pumps and they are all natural and a good source of whole food energy.

I was ready to quit about a week ago and it seems to be getting easier everyday.

I am exclusively pumping 5 weeks now. I get about 5oz each time I pump and I pump every 2-3 hours.

I've been exclusively pumping pretty much since baby was born 5 weeks ago. She was a preemie and had latching issues. When I first started out I would pump at least 25-30 min every 1.5 hours (or until I could feel that my breasts had "emptied") I think that seriously boosted my milk production. After doing that for a couple weeks I started pumping 20-25 min (or until emptied) every 3 hours. I've read that completely emptying your breasts is what signals the body to start producing more milk. Now I still pump every 3 hours, even in the middle of night. It only takes 10-15 min to completely empty out though which is great. I usually get a total of 8-12oz total each time I pump

I'm only pumping as well. My little girl is now 3 weeks old, I started when she was 5 days old. For the first couple of days I was only pumping about 60 to 80ml total, most of that coming from my right breast.
The more I pump the more milk I started to produce and now my left breast is producing almost as much as the right.

Make sure you are eating enough, you need more calories per day to produce milk, since breastfeeding/pumping burns about 400 calories.
Drink enough water, more than the 8 cups per day normally recommended

What I do is pump after each time baby feeds for about 20 minutes per breast. Once I'm done pumping I have a snack like yogurt and a glass of water or sometimes milk or juice.
