Waist trainers?

Im really thinking about getting a waist trainer to help get in shape for summer and help with my posture at work because I have a desk job. Any suggestions on brands?

They can help you sweat off excess water, but the problem is they will not actually help you lose weight and keep it off. I'd recommend tracking your calorie intake and cutting it down to 1800 calories. I use the Strong Curves program and have put on 4lbs of muscle. Pole dancing is also a lot of fun.
