Boobs

Has anyone had extremely it by yet tender boobs before they found out they were pregnant and also my areolas look different idk how to explain it then to when I laid on my stomach I had a a light tugging sensation by my belly button and about an hour before that I had a very sharp random pain go straight through the middle of my pelvis only once tho does any of this mean anything
