Well, losing fat from one specific area isn't going to happen...fat loss happens wherever you have the most fat located, then moves on to the lesser areas (that's why women typically lose breast size first when they start losing weight)....you can totally find some ab workouts to help tone up muscles (muscle building is a great way to lose fat). And I'm not trying to diminish importance of working out...However, regardless of the workouts, you're not going to see full progress without proper diet....cut the sugars, less processed foods, more lean meats, greens, and veggies! It's all about what you eat. Then if you are wanting to build some muscle I would suggest hiit type exercises. Your "pouch" won't go away with just crunches.
