prenatal with or without DHA?!

Ok today im watching tv when this commercial comes on advertising prenatal vitamins with DHA, and thats when it hit me, that the prenatals im taking doesnt incude dha !! So my question is, is dha really necessary? Im 13 weeks, is it too late to switch?

I take a second DHA pill.  It's actually an Omega-3 and Omega-6 combo pill.  Read the bottles carefully.  A full dose might be two pills.  I take 2 prenatal, 2 fish oil and 2 probiotic daily.  I've actually been pretty vigilant about it with this one.

Yes it's important. I'm surprised your doctor didn't ask if you take any 🤔
Don't switch now if your prenatals agree with you. Just add DHA vitamins. I take 2 separate ones. My prenatals don't have DHA either. The DHA I take is like fish oil so it's it's own pill.

I added a prenatal DHA supplement to my prenatal vitamin. I'd say start now!
