What shampoo do you use//recommend

So I've been switching from shampoos and conditioners for years. I've tried expensive ones like Redkin that didn't work. I've tried mid range like Onyx and Aveno shampoo which really messed up my hair. I've tried Dove, Garneir, L'Oréal, treseme (which is the worst for me) herbal essences, patene which is also terrible like treseme and suave. I haven't tried Aussie yet which I might try. What do you use and recommend? I have straight thin brittle hair.

Otc shampoo is TERRIBLE for your hair. Ask your hair dresser. They will tell you. I bought these from my hair dresser. 30 for the shampoo, and 30 for the conditioner. They are both gallons. My hair dresser uses his a ton everyday. So far he said he has had it for 6 months, and he's at half a gallon on both of them

Matrix amplify, also a very lightweight conditioner just on the ends, rinse very well (help keep from weighing it down)

I also have super fine hair- it isn't shampoo, but I really recommend henna. It coats each strand, so it gives a volume boost and makes it stronger. I use the hennas from Lush, which have cocoa butter and stuff which also makes your hair super soft and shiny too. I apply it about every 12 weeks and it makes a big difference!

I switch it up every few weeks. I use Pureology shampoo for color treated hair right now and Biolage conditioner. I also have Paul Mitchell Awapuhi shampoo and AG conditioner. I love the salon brands.

My mom is a hairdresser so ive tried all the expensive brands like Redkin and Matrix. Ive also tried everything on the drugstore shelves. Most shampoos make my hair super dry or tangle it pretty bad. The best ive used is Back to Basics

I use Giovanni 2chic Ultra Volume shampoo  and conditioner when I'm being thrifty and Kevin Murphy Angel Wash and Angel Rinse when I have more money to spend.  It's pretty pricey but is the best shampoo and conditioner I've ever used.
