Anyone else experiencing itching?! I am 16 weeks with third child and this is a first for me! I am so itchy all the sudden! Anyone else has this going on?!

I've been itching this entire pregnancy! At this point I keep my nails super short because I was tearing up my skin and had scars everywhere. I've also been breaking out in hives (which isn't uncommon for me) & it's super annoying. I moisturize really well but it doesn't seem to help the itch.
