Cassava Supplement

Has anyone had any luck with a Cassava supplement??? My husband ordered "forever blessed" the other day and it finally arrived, it says that it increases the chance of twins, which we would LOVE! But I'm not getting my hopes up there. Just trying it out for the fertility increase they claim to have. Just wondered if anyone had any luck with it or any suggestions for other supplements to try.
