Period?
Okay, so I just got my period after three months of not having it. I'm 16 (sophomore - no chance of being pregnant) and I've had my period since the 6th grade, the only problem is... it's on it's own schedule. And when I have it, I don't get bad cramps or anything out of the ordinary.
Would birth control help regulate my period? If so, which birth control would be the most effective?
