sick or not sick? :/

My 3 month old got a stuffy nose a few days ago, but no fever, she was smiling, and acted like nothing was wrong. I got a humidifier for her room just in case. Her runny nose hasn't stopped yet, and today (Sunday of course, so her pediatrician isn't there) she developed a dry cough. I am a bit worried and will call the pedi in the morning, but I am not sure if she is truly sick or not. Everything I have read so far says a fever accompanies sickness, but she has no fever and clear mucus. I keep clearing out her nose, but I feel so helpless today. :( And today she decided to be grumpy all day. :(  oh, also, her runny nose started 9 days after starting daycare.
