pain! good of bad sign?
So I'm 10dpo and just had a really painful pain/cramp that lasted about 10mins in my lower abdomin. Kind of felt like it went right through to my cocix if that makes sense? Was quite painful and now nothing at all! Did a hpt just before this and was neg. would love anyone's opinyions/ experiences???! I've had mild cramps the last few days but nothing like this.
