I'm confused. (What my friends are doing to their young ones)

Ok, before annyone jumps down my throat with the "not your kids not your business shit" I am simply asking because I am concerned for the little ones. 2 of my friends have kids. Both of the children are 3 and 1/2 months old. One of my friends had the kid taken away from her for having an unfit home. She gets daily visitation though and gets to take care of the baby with supervision or something like that. She is giving her baby a sippy cup already, feeding her baby food and has her in a "big girl" car seat, not one for babies but like for toddlers and she is giving her honey and foods like that. Babies that age shouldn't be doing this correct?? People have tried to tell her and she won't listen. I've read that all these can be dangerous for little ones that age.

My other friend just took her little swimming the day after she "got over" RSV. She is also dunking the baby underwater and she comes up frightened and gasping and coughing.

I am not one to stick my nose in people's business and they are both great mothers and they often come to me for help and advice. We are great friends, but they don't listen to me on these matters and I really am worried they are gonna hurt the little ones. What should I do? Or what would you do? Should I just let it go or what? I just want to help them, but I don't see this as good.
