Everyone has one because it's the back of your clitoris on the inside. However, it varies greatly woman to woman. For me, it just feels like it hits my bladder and makes me feel like I have to pee when my Bf hits it. I like it, but it's not like whoaaaa like other girls say. Everyone's different!
