4 days late

So I am 4 days late and still BFN. My period is very routine. Always the 10th of every month. Is it possible to get a BFP? Has it happened to anyone? I feel silly calling for a blood test if my tests keep showing up negative. 😔 love to hear anyone's thoughts or stories.
