HCG below 5, period overdue by 7 day. can I be pregnant? please help! 😣

Hi, I am never ever late in getting period. My expected period date was on 7th March. Took home pregnancy test came nehative. Went to see doc on 10th. In blood test my HCG level came below 5. Today is 7th day, still no period. What it could be? Can I be pregnant? I so so so want to be! Kindly share your story. TIA. :-)
