vaginal burning

Hello! I started feeling really dry CM around 2 DPO I thought I was out for the month. Then I got my BFP on 8 DPO. I am currently 4w5d. However my CM is still completely dry and I am now having burning. Could it be a yeast infection? Should I call the doctor? My first appointment isn't until 4/6
