CVS worker and Plan B

UPDATE**
I was finally able to get ahold of the district manager. He mentioned that the cashiers behavior was completely out of line and he would be doing some type of disciplinary action. The man did state that she is within her right to get someone else when she is uncomfortable selling something (but agreed on a personal level that why would someone want to work somewhere that sells something they are just SO against), but was completely out of line to publically shame me, tell me the pharmacist would refuse to serve me and discuss her religious views. I wish more could be done, but apparently can't. I just hope he holds to his word so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Thank you all for your support.
Okay, so I am pretty heated right now, and I want some opinions. My husband and I aren't quite ready to have a baby, but last night we had unprotected sex. In doing so, I decided to get a Plan B pill this morning. While checking out at CVS, the cashier refused to check me out, "it's a religious thing". I said, 'okay, so should I just go back to the pharmacy check me out?' "Hahh, no they wouldn't either." So I had to wait 10+ minutes for the assistant manager to come check me out! How ridiculous! While waiting for the manager, I asked if she would check out someone wanting to purchase condoms, even a married person like myself. She shook her head no. I am just beyond frustrated and very upset. Please let me know your opinions 😔😔
*i live in Kansas, but in a very liberal area, which is why it is also so shocking*
*for those asking about being checked out by the pharmacist, the cashier told me that the pharmacist on duty has the same religious views and she knows she wouldn't check me out either( I did some research and found that certain religious pharmacists have refused these types ((and other)) of meds)*
Update**
I have filed a formal complaint and should have an answer in 1-2 days. Thank you all that are supporting me.
I also wanted to add that I am a very confident person, and purchasing these types of items doesn't embarrass me, but it made me think. How awful it will be for someone that is embarrassed to purchase family planning items, and this woman makes it 100000x worse! Being publically shamed for something like this is baffling, and really, it just makes me sad.
