dizzy
Hi! So I've been extremely dizzy the past week. The room feels like it's spinning and I feel light headed and weak. I just found out that I'm pregnant so I went to the ER. They told me it was anxiety and it was benign vertigo, but I can't move without the room spinning! I am headed to my primary doc today.
Anyone else have this problem before? What did you do to help the dizziness??
