My boyfriend is 19 and I'm 16

It's legal but my dad doesn't like the fact that I'm dating a 19 year old but my dad likes him. But it's 4 years apart and legal and I'll be 17 before he is 20 can he get arrested if my dad calls the cops on him? I really hope not cause I love this guy.
